Technicians are available on all campuses Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer any technical or computer-related questions or concerns you may have. The Lubbock IT Solution Center hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT, Monday thru Friday. The Lubbock IT Solution Center is located on the 1st Floor of the Preston Smith Library in Suite 165.
