Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) presents an awesome class exploring cases currently before the Supreme Court of the United States to see what the dispute is about, why it is in front of the Supreme Court, and what the Court might think about it. We will also learn about the case of Fischer vs. University of Texas at Austin, which is a dispute about whether UT improperly considered race in its admission decisions. Instructor is Bryan T.
