Paid Research Participants Needed (Age 35+)

Participants wanted for fMRI decision-making study

  • $ 50 compensation
  • 90 minutes total for study
  • 50 minutes in the fMRI scanner

This functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) study examines brain function while making financial, charitable, and medical decisions. The study lasts approximately 90 minutes, with approximately 50 minutes of being in the fMRI scanner. You will be compensated $50 for your time. You must be at least 35 years old and right handed to participate.

This study is non-invasive and does not involve radiation. However, you will need to be MR safety screened prior to participation. A wide range of human and animal imaging studies are carried out in the lab. This is NOT a clinical study. It will not involve medication or treatment. Research participation is completely confidential. IRB approval #503967
