OVERVIEW
The Lubbock Billing Compliance Office serves twelve separate departments: Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neuropsychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pathology, Pediatrics, Surgery and Urology; and has approximately 200 billing Providers and 200 Residents.

| Mathew Spencer is the Director of the Lubbock Billing Compliance Office. He has a Bachelors of Business Administration specializing in Management, a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Management, and a Graduate Certification in Health Organization Management. He is licensed as a Certified Professional Coder, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. Matt has over 6 years experience in health care and has been with Billing Compliance for nearly 4 years. | Corlis Schafer is a Senior Analyst in the Lubbock Billing Compliance Office. She has a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Education specializing in Medical Record Technology. She is licensed as a Registered Health Information Technologist and Certified Coding Specialist for Physicians. Corlis has over 20 years experience in health care including 7 years surgery coding, 5 years hospital coding and has been with Billing Compliance for 2 years. | Sylvia Adamcik is a part time Senior Analyst in the Lubbock Billing Compliance Office. She is licensed as a Certified Coding Specialist for Physicians and Certified Professional Coder. Sylvia has over 10 years experience in health care and has been with Billing Compliance since September. |
