Community Medical School at Amarillo
Welcome to the Community Medical School of Amarillo!
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Amarillo is very proud to present to the Amarillo community and the Panhandle area Community Medical School.
We see our mission at TTUHSC as not only providing the best medical care and conducting ground-breaking research, but also to educate the people we serve. We are eager to share with the community the excitement of the latest advances in health care and provide valuable information about what you can do to maintain and improve your health. You will be able to see what drives physicians and surgeons and why we are so passionate about the profession of healing and discovery.
We invite you to enroll in our Community Medical School, attend as many of the seven classes as possible and continue as life-long learners. The class will be presented by our outstanding faculty and are designed to be informative, lively and highly interactive. At the conclusion of the course, you will receive a diploma granting the honorary designation of "Diplomat of the Community Medical School" for the year 2009-2010.
