Internal Multicultural Initiatives
The ODMA wants to contribute to your personal growth and development by being here for you during the adjustment into University life. Students are the greatest asset to our University and we will do everything possible to help you reach your full potential as members of our academic community. Diversity recognizes everyone's individual needs, therefore we want to capitalize and embrace on the diverse workforce available to us.
Diversity Conversations will conduct workshops and classes for staff on topics covering: Cultural competency, increasing our cross cultural awareness, and understanding cultural and religious beliefs.
