Office for Promotion of Community Educational Achievement
The Office for Promotion of Community Educational Achievement (OPCEA) is a support service to promote and enrich educational pursuits in the Greater El Paso Community by developing a liaison with the middle and high schools (over 125 total), the community colleges and technical schools in the region. This promotion will develop an enriched pipeline to Paul L. Foster School of Medicine and encourage young people of the community to seek other health careers that will be needed to support the Medical Center of El Paso.
