DREAMS
Developing Research and Early Aspirations for Medical Scholars Program (DREAMS) is a partnership with the El Paso Independent School District.
Fifth and Sixth grade students from the Austin, Bowie, El Paso, and Jefferson High Schools feeder programs apply through their respective campuses.
DREAMS is a 4 week 4 hr a day program during the summer.
Students learn basic health care concepts, clinical correlations and patho-physiology studies. Students see video presentations and learn about nutrition and health.
To apply, students must seek counselors in their respective campuses for application material.
