SUMMER CAMPS
Summer camps are the pinnacle of a students school year.
Summer Camps are a series of 5 to 6 week long sessions of about 10 to 12 students. Students are introduced to career exploration, participate in panel discussions and are given an intensive SAT preparation.
Also, in the summer camps are site visits to locations like the El Paso Zoo behind the scenes, Intensive Care Units, Medical Examiners office, and different laboratories.
Students are also treated to guest speakers like physicians, medical students, pharmacists, and optometrists.
To qualify, students must submit an application to this office and write an essay as to why summer camp would be beneficial to them.
