1. Sedentary Life Style
Respondents who reported no physical activity or pair of physical activities that were done for less than 30 minutes or fewer than five times per week, or both.2. Current Smoker
Respondents who reported that they have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in their lifetime and now smoke.3. Diabetic
Respondents who reported that they have been told by a doctor that they have diabetes.4. Bad Diet
Respondents who reported that on average they have consumed less than five fruits or vegetables per day.5. High Cholesterol
Respondents who reported that they have been told that their blood cholesterol is high (one or more times).6. High Blood Pressure
