Rotary's Donate Proceeds from Celebrity Chef Event
Judge Max, Higgs, center, on behalf of the seven Rotary clubs of El Paso, presents a check for $70,000 for the Texas Tech El Paso School of Medicine to Regional Dean Jose Manuel de la Rosa, M.D., and Steve Helbing, Infinity Campaign chairman, during a reception at Medical Science Building I. The funds were raised by all the Rotary clubs of El Paso during their annual Celebrity Chef event.
