Application Requirements for Residency
Thank you for your interest in the Internal Medicine Residency Training Program at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso. The program will be participating and accepting applications only through the ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) through December 1st.
- All documents should be submitted as required by ERAS.
- CS Exam must be taken by November of the current year.
- This institution sponsors J-1 Visas.
- U.S. Clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
- Currently, our program does not sponsor observerships.
- Selection of candidates for interview will be based on multiple factors as determined by the Internal Medicine Candidate Selection Committee.
- Due to the large volume of applicants, we will only be able to communicate with candidates once they have been selected for an interview by the Candidate Selection Committee.
