I understand that I have been provided all the instructions necessary to perform my job functions for my position accessing Function 4 (Post Payment Receipt Access)or Function 2(Paycode Access @ Charge Entry). I also understand that I have been assigned a user code and have designed a password that is specifically for my use in performing my job functions on the IDX Systems. I am fully aware that any unauthorized use of my user code and password by any individual or groups that violate Texas Tech HSC policies, locally and statewide may result in disciplinary action and possible termination.

Individuals who fail to abide by the terms of the IDX System or who engage in abusive or illegal activities related to this agreement shall be subject to disciplinary action as defined by TTUHSC policy and if possible shall be subject to disciplinary action as defined by TTUHSC policy.
