Conferences and Teaching
Every morning we have morning reports followed by a
scheduled educational activity. These include journal clubs,
discussion of ACOG Technical Bulletins, reviews of assigned
chapters from textbooks and quizzes.
There are
teaching rounds with faculty in each of the inpatient
services. On Fridays we have grand rounds where our faculty
and residents as well as invited speakers cover new
developments and subjects in our
specialty.
Residents actively participate in the
education of third and fourth year medical students during
their clerkship in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
