RN to BSN Undergraduate Program
Although the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is part of the Texas Tech University System, legally it is a separate institution from Texas Tech University. Therefore, students applying to the TTUHSC School of Nursing must submit all documents required for admission consideration directly to the TTUHSC School of Nursing.
Once you have submitted your application, mail your official transcripts to Rosie Gomez at the address listed here. Include your name, contact phone number and email address on all correspondence.
To gage your success with an online course, it is recommended that you complete the technical skills self assessment, Is Online Learning for You?
There are three opportunities each year for you to apply to the RN-BSN Program:
- March 1 — June 15 to start class in August for the Fall Semester
- August 1 — October 1 to start class in January for the Spring Semester
- January 15 — March 15 to start class in May for the Summer Semester
Applicants interested in applying for financial aid (student loans, grants, scholarships) upon admittance to the School of Nursing must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. The School of Nursing requires a FAFSA on file to be eligible for scholarships offered by the school.
