Interim Faculty Senate Meeting Information
The Interim Faculty Senate usually meets on the first Friday of each month from 12:00 to 1:00 in Lubbock in room 260G of the Academic Classroom Building in Lubbock. This date can be changed if conflicts present. The meetings are open, but the Senate may elect by majority vote to go into executive session. Those faculty on a campus other than Lubbock may attend by a telephone connection provided that they notify the Senate Secretary at least one week prior to the meeting. An agenda for each meeting is posted on the website prior to the meeting and minutes are posted within one week of the date of the meeting. General HSC Faculty meetings are held two times per year and will be telelinked to all campuses. The TTUHSC President will be invited to present an address on the state of the institution at the Spring meeting and the President's Faculty Awards will be presented at the Fall meeting.
