Angie Martinez, M.B.A. received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri. Prior to coming to Texas Tech University Health Science Center at El Paso in 1996, she worked for the El Paso Independent School District as a long term substitute teacher and at the University of Texas at El Paso as a recruiter. Throughout her career at Texas Tech University HSC - El Paso, she started working at the Department of Pediatrics prior to working for the Department of Border Health, as an Education Coordinator. She later returned to the Department of Pediatrics as the Associate Director for the Residency Program. In 2005, she accepted her current position as the Clinical Administrator for the Department of Anesthesiology.

Gabriel Valles has been with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center since 2005.  He is concurrently furthering his education at Texas Tech University. He is a current member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), where he serves as the financial analyst for the Research Division within the Department of Anesthesiology, overseeing budgets and grants management for all local and federal post awards departmental sponsored projects and on-going clinical trials.

Linda graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Texas.  Linda has over ten years of industry experience, specializing in real estate and healthcare accounting.  She began working at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in November 2011.
