Founding Dean Administrative Staff
As a Director with fifteen years dedicated service to Texas Tech University HSC at El Paso, Ms Flores serves the Office of the Founding Dean in the oversight of planning, organizing, and coordination of departmental activities and implementation of special projects involving the Dean and or the campus as a whole. Ms Flores is a native El Pasoan and graduate of Jefferson High School. Academic accomplishments include two Associate Degrees, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and current pursuit of an MBA at the University of Texas at El Paso.

Ms. Solis brings to the Office of the Founding Dean eight years of prior service to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso and three and one-half years in the private sector. Her role will encompass serving as the direct point of contact, liaison and administrative support for the Founding Dean that includes scheduling, organizing, and monitoring the Dean’s daily activities as well as assisting with daily operations of the Department. Ms. Solis is a native El Pasoan and graduate of Loretto Academy. Her academic accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Computer Information Systems concentration and Master’s in Business Administration in Health Systems from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Veronica Salazar is a new team member to the Office of the Founding Dean with ten years of experience in the administrative field. Her role is to execute daily operations required by the Dean’s office ensuring assigned duties are completed in a timely manner. Ms. Salazar is a native El Pasoan. Her academic accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Diana Rodriguez is a new member to the office of the Founding Dean with several years of experience in the administrative field. Ms. Rodriguez� role is to coordinate travel and logistics for the Founding Dean, the Director and the Executive Associate. Ms. Rodriguez will also handle campus room reservations and coordinate community events within our campus. Ms. Rodriguez recently completed a Surgical Technologist Program. Ms. Rodriguez is a native El Pasoan and a graduate of Riverside High School.

The President of TTUHSC reports to the Chancellor, who is the Chief Executive Officer of the System. The Chancellor and the President are responsible to the Texas Tech University Board of Regents, which sets overall policy for the Texas Tech University System, Texas Tech University, and TTUHSC.
