Emergency Medicine

All applicants must have completed an accredited program in Emergency Medicine and be eligible to sit for boards by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or the American Board of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine.
To apply for admission to the Medical Toxicology Fellowship Program, please submit:

- Three letters of recommendation
