At the end of the rotation, we will ask you to fill out a departmental evaluation packet. These evaluations are extremely helpful. Your opinion is important to the department and me. We cannot make this program better without your help. I want you to be honest. Your name is not required and I promise these evaluations will not be read until long after you have completed this program.
