The following form is to be used for new courses, course titles and/or content changes, and course deletions:

Instructions for Completing Form

Prior to completing the form, contact Pam Johnson to request a new course number.

The form must be signed by the program/concentration adviser (on the Program Director signature line) and by Department Chair

Send signed form and course syllabus, including course director and credentials, to Pam Johnson at pamela.johnson@ttuhsc.edu

New Course/Course Change/Course Deletion will be added to the Graduate Council agenda for approval. The deadline to be included on the agenda for the upcoming year academic catalog is November 30 for vote at the December meeting.
