Tuesday, March 20th :
8 a.m. - 12 p.m. – Vendor Show – 5th Floor TTUHSC
12 p.m. - 1 p.m. – Lunch for all SRW Participants - ACB Lobby
1 p.m. - 5 p.m. – Afternoon Poster Presentations – ACB Lobby
5 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Open Poster Presentation session– ACB Lobby
Wednesday, March 21st :
8 a.m. - 12 p.m. – Morning Poster Presentations – ACB Lobby
12 p.m. - 1 p.m. – Lunch for all SRW Participants - ACB Lobby
1 p.m. - 5 p.m. – Afternoon Poster Presentations – ACB Lobby
5 p.m. – 6 p.m. – Open Poster Presentation session – ACB Lobby
Thursday, March 22nd:
9 a.m. - Breakfast Buffet - ACB 240
9:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Select Student Presentations (5 x 15 min.) – ACB 240
11 a.m. – 12 p.m. – KEYNOTE SPEAKER #1 Dr. Gerald Shulman – ACB 100
12 p.m. - 1 p.m. – Lunch for all SRW Participants - ACB Lobby
1 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Keynote Speaker #2 Dr. Luis Fernandez – ACB 100
2 p.m. - Hors d'oeuvres - ACB Lobby
2:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. – Awards Ceremony - ACB Lobby
