Commencement Schedule

 In our continued commitment to honor our graduates, TTUHSC is developing plans for a virtual commencement ceremony to celebrate the achievements of our graduates. We are committed to finding the best solution possible to recognize the TTUHSC Class of 2020. We recognize that this experience will not substitute for the traditional in-person ceremony; however, we will try to include as many components of our graduation celebrations in this virtual program as possible. In the coming weeks, we will send additional details on the virtual ceremony to you.   

The School of Health Professions is committed to recognizing and celebrating your accomplishments. It is our desire to host an in-person ceremony August 2020, if it is determined safe to do so.

Commencement Location

All graduates will gather in the practice gym which is located on event level of the United Supermarkets Arena no later than 9:00am.

  • Graduates should park in the lot west of the arena
  • Enter the building via the north entrance (ground level) marked GRADUATE AND FACULTY ENTRANCE
  • Friends and family must enter via the main entrance located on the west side of the arena
  • Please do not bring personal items with you, due to there is not a secure place to leave them during the ceremony
  • Outside food and beverage is not permitted for this event.

  • The arena is CHL exclusionary zone for this event (guns free). Open carry is prohibited at all arena events.

Processional

PROCESSIONAL will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.  SHP staff will assist with regalia and line-up. Commencement programs will be placed in your seats.
