Where do I find the identity guidelines?

Download the most recent version of the identity guidelines.

Where do I get the logo files?

Download the official versions of the logo. Never right click on a logo and save it from a Web page — these are low-resolution images made specifically for use on the internet and will not reproduce well in printing.

Who may use the TTUHSC logo?

TTUHSC administration, faculty, staff and approved student organizations may use the TTUHSC logo for official business purposes with approval from the Office of Communications and Marketing. All others must first receive permission from the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing.

I have a unique situation that the identity guidelines do not cover, who do I talk to?

For any questions or concerns regarding the identity guidelines, TTUHSC branding, or use of the logo, please contact the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing:

Which vendors can produce items using the TTUHSC logo?

Only officially licensed vendors may produce items with the Double T trademark, including the TTUHSC logo. You may download a list of licensed vendors from the Texas Tech Athletics Licensing Department website. If you have questions, please direct them to the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing.

I have some promotional items with an old logo; do I have to get rid of them?

No, but please use up all items with the old logo as soon as possible. When you re-order, you will need to use the new logo.

Do I need to replace the patch on my white coat?

No. While the most current patch is preferred, older patches are still allowed.

Can I keep using the coat of arms?

The coat of arms version of the TTUHSC logo will not be used, except for very few exceptions granted by the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing.

A vendor says they can’t use the logo I sent them. What do I do?

There could be any number of reasons—ranging from file type peculiarities to licensing issues—a vendor may not be able to use the logo you sent. Please contact the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing for help.

Can I order something with just the Double T on it?

No. The Double T should always be used as part of the full TTUHSC logo, and never independently.

Where do I get a logo for my school, department, institute or program?

School logos may be obtained from the download page. Department, institute or program logos can be requested from the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing or the TTUHSC Printing Center. Never attempt to create your own version of the logo.

Can I create a unique logo for my school, department, institute or program?

Only approved centers and institutes that are outward facing and have a specific general public audience can have their own logo separate from the TTUHSC logo. All logos must be created in coordination with the TTUHSC Office of Communications and Marketing.

Can I use my own tagline with the TTUHSC logo?

No. The only tagline approved to represent TTUHSC and include with the logo is “From here, it’s possible.”
