Scholarship Needs
The rising cost of education and the shrinking availability of funding sources has become a challenge for students. The average School of Pharmacy student incurs a debt of $96,500 in student loans by the time they graduate. The program is quite demanding, giving students little time for outside work opportunities.
Scholarships help the School of Pharmacy attract and retain the best and brightest students. Once their education is complete, approximately 90% of TTUHSC –SOP graduates remain in Texas to provide pharmaceutical services.
