Welcome Faculty and Staff! The ITSC is a one-stop solution gateway for your technical needs. Do you need to request IT services? Please use the STARS link below for more immediate service needs. Or do you have questions about your institutional computer? We are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.; and we are located in Suite 165 on the first floor of the Preston Smith Library.

To check the status of a current IT service request
1. Visit Stars or type into your browser http://www.ttuhsc.edu/it/stars.
2. Type in your log-in information.
3. Click current requests.
4. Find your work order number and see progress.
