Web Programming Project/Service Requests
A project/service request must be submitted to Information Services (IS) for:
- any modification or enhancement to an existing web site, web application or other system; and
- for the development of new web sites, web applications or systems; and
- obtaining access to software managed by IS.
All project/service requests are reviewed on a weekly basis. The purpose of this review is to determine whether resources exist to accomplish the objectives of the request and to prioritize approved requests. Before any project/service request can be scheduled and resources allocated, it must be approved by the Assistant Vice President for Information Services and Information Services Manager or the applicable Campus IT Director.
To submit a project/service request, please login to STARS (Scheduling, Tracking, and Reporting System) with your eRaider username and password by clicking on the link below. Once you are in STARS, please select "Web Project Request" to begin the submission of your project/service request.
