When a user checks out a page specific functionality is made available for the page. These commands are show as a set of menus and show when hovering over the file row. File options are available based on user level and administrator-assigned functionality. File options are also specific to page status. For example, some functionality is available when a page is checked-in, more options are available when a user checks out a page; however, some functionality is still available when a page is checked out by another user, selected by a user, or when in workflow.
Several of the icons in this view represent the same functionality as the page actions toolbar that is found when editing, previewing, or publishing a page.
When a file is checked out to the current user, certain operations can be made using the File menu, which appears when hovering over the file row. Depending on access level, operations that can be made on a checked out file include:

Note that a directory cannot be recycled. If recycle bin is enabled, a directory recycle can be simulated by recycling the files within the directory and then deleting the containing directory folder.
