The TTUHSC Libraries now have a paid site license for the resource Docphin. Docphin is a medical research discovery tool that allows you to "follow your favorite journals, search PubMed, and access over 1,000 landmark articles by specialty, topic or drug class." It is available as a mobile app and an online platform. Free individual account registration is required to use Docphin. Links to this new resource are available on the Mobile Resources and Databases pages.

USMLE Easy and PA Easy have new websites

The resources USMLE Easy  and PA Easy  have transitioned to new websites. Because the new sites are hosted by a different developer, users will need to make a new individual account for these websites even if they have used USMLE Easy or PA Easy in the past. Usernames for other McGraw-Hill products, such as the Access products or JAMA Evidence, will no longer work for USMLE Easy and PA Easy. Ask a librarian if you need help.

IHI Open School Online Courses

The TTUHSC Libraries now subscribe to a catalog of online courses from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement called the IHI Open School. Individual account registration is required to take the courses. The link to this resource is found on the Databases page.

SpringerImages Discontinued

The images database SpringerImages has been discontinued. The SpringerImages mobile app has also been discontinued. Click here for more information.
