- El Paso patrons: If you experience difficulties accessing full-text articles through PubMed or GoldRush, please contact Andrea Cancellare at 915.215.4306 or andrea.cancellare@ttuhsc.edu with the title of the journal. We can implement a short-term fix in a matter of minutes until the publisher can be contacted for a permanent fix. The difficulties are due to some publishers not yet recognizing the new El Paso IP addresses which were procured and deployed in anticipation of the separation. As a reminder, always use the links on the library home page rather than your personal bookmarks.

- Elsevier (the publisher of MDConsult) has absorbed MDConsult into Clinical Key. Content from MDConsult has been copied into the new Clinical Key database. TTUHSC access to Clinical Key is from the Databases fly-out menu on the TTUHSC libraries home page.

- The TTUHSC libraries have added LiveChat (BETA) as a support option. When available, librarians can chat live with patrons. If a request will require extended time to fulfill, the librarian will convert the LiveChat to a phone call, email, walk-in session or remote assistance session.
