Laura W. Bush Institute at Amarillo
The Laura W. Bush Institute for Women's Health, formerly named the Women's Health Research Institute, was initiated at TTUHSC in Amarillo, TX in 2000 as a community-wide effort to improve women's health through research and education. The TTUHSC Schools of Medicine and Pharmacy, along with Northwest Texas Healthcare System, were founding partners and continue to provide resources and collaboration in the Institutes growth and development.
