"Doc in a Lunch Box" – quarterly speaker series
More than 85 women attended the inaugural Doc in a Lunch Box speaker's series on Thursday, April 14. At this first lunch, Dr. Leslie Chupp talked about the role of hormones – and how important they are – during all stages of our lives. Hormones: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly was a topic for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s. Women of all ages enjoyed the informal discussion with Dr. Chupp. Unlike most speakers who request that the audience turn off their cell phones, Dr. Chupp encouraged everyone to take our their cell phones to participate in an interactive texting question and answer survey. Below are helpful sites for all women regarding hormones.
