High Risk Drug Knowledge Assessment (HRDKA)

The HRDKA is a key evaluation of basic student knowledge of drugs prior to their entry into the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE) of the P4 curriculum. The assessment evaluates student knowledge of top 200 drugs in the area of in- and out-patient pharmacies.

Exam Time: 8:00 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.

* After the exam begins, the late arriving student may not be admitted after the first student has been dismissed from the exam at any one of the campuses or 30 minutes passed since the beginning of the exam.

REQUEST FOR TESTING ACCOMMODATIONS

To ensure the security and integrity of the assessment, you will have the opportunity to submit an accommodation request. The office and the committee will review each accommodation request and make determination.
 
If you need exam accommodations, please notify the office and provide the following information to iverlyn.peng@ttuhsc.edu by Friday, December 1, 2017.
  • A description of the requested accommodations; and
  • A letter indicating that the school has approved the requested accommodations and that all appropriate documentation for testing accommodations is on file with the Office of Student Services.
