Post-Doc Travel Requirements

Important Requirements for Post-Doctoral Travel Awardees!

1.) Training or Conference Travel must be completed on or before August 15, 2018.

2.) A report which includes a statement on how the conference or training was beneficial to the applicant’s research goals is required within one (1) month after travel. Submit to the Office of Sciences at SOPOfficeofSciences@ttuhsc.edu and CC: to Dr. Sanjay K. Srivastava.

3.) Conference and travel expenses cannot exceed $1,500, including registration cost.

4.) If travel cost has already been awarded by the conference/training or by any other award mechanism, then applicant cannot request same amount from this RFP.

NOTE: Post-Doctoral Research Associates who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for any future travel grants through the School of Pharmacy Office of Sciences.
