- Requests may be submitted by regular mail or e-mail at the addresses above. Please include full name, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. Please list the volume, issue number, year, and pages of the article being request, in addition to its title and author/s.
- Submit only one request for each intended use.
- Blanket permissions will not issued. It is necessary to submit a permission request for each intended use.
- Permission will not be granted until the article has been published in the Texas Journal of Rural Health.
- Permission will not be granted to place the full article or full text of the Texas Journal of Rural Health on other web sites.
- Requests to reproduce abstracts, tables, graphics, or quotes will be considered for print and online uses.
Reprints can be obtained by contacting the editorial office via regular mail or email at the addresses above. All reprints are $6 U.S./each. Reduced rates are offered for mass orders.
