RESEARCH INTERESTS

My recent areas of research include healthcare leadership, team building, organization behavior & theory, and stakeholder dynamics.  My founding areas of research include healthcare organizational analysis from an efficiency, effectiveness, optimization and quality perspective.  Factors affecting disability analysis, compensation and length of stay interest me.  Many of my publications concern the federal sector.  My methodology of choice is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for areas of research concerning organizational efficiency.
