Upon the completion of this activity the participant should be able to:
  • Define the four generations currently in the workplace based upon birth year.
  • Identify percieved strengths and weaknesses generally attributed to each generation as members of the workforce.
  • Develop strategies for improved collaboration between colleagues from different generations.
