Upon the completion of this activity the participant should be able to:
Recognize the stages of development of the trait of humanism in a learner
Describe the progression of professionalization in the resident
Discuss the evolution of professioal conduct in a learner
Anticipate the natural growth in a learner's self-awareness of knowlodge, skills, and emotional limitations to engage in appropriate help-seeking behavior
Explain the importance of development of trustworthiness in a physician
Identify stages the learner traverses in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty in the practice of medicine
