  • Describe briefly how aromatase inhibitors decrease estrogen levels in postmenopausal women.
  • Identify an mTOR inhibitor that can augment the effectiveness of an aromatase inhibitor in breast cancer therapy.
  • State that pertuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that prevents dimerization in the HER2 protein.
