Upon the completion of this activity the participant should be able to:
  • Describe the basic prinicipals of antimicrobial therapy to maximize the therapeutic efficacy and minimize the develpment of antimicrobial resistance
  • Describe the use of pharmocokinetic and pharmacodynamics knowledge to optimize antibiotic dosing regiments
