Welcome SPIRIT!
The new newsletter geared toward the staff and faculty at Texas Tech Physicians is called SPIRIT News! As Texas Tech Physicians moves toward the goal of a 75th percentile ranking in patient satisfaction, communication will continue to be an important strategy...one that we are looking to improve. SPIRIT NEWS is designed as a weekly e-newsletter dedicated to the physicians and staff working for our patients through the Texas Tech Physicians of Lubbock clinics. In addition to calendar items affecting staff, SPIRIT News will communicate successes in our patient satisfaction quest and highlight clinics and team members doing an outstanding job.
