Community Physician Relations
Welcome to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine Community Physician Relations
This site is designed to provide resources and information to our community based clinical faculty members. As many of you know, medical schools rely on the support of our community physicians to help advance medical education by teaching our medical students, resident physicians and fellows the roots of medical education and role modeling that can not be replicated for the real world experience. For several years, TTUHSC School of Medicine has set the standard for developing partnerships with healthcare organizations and private sector physicians to recruit preceptors. By working together and utilizing our local expertise we can continue to provide the healthcare needs of West Texas.
THANK YOU for your continued partnership, support, commitment, and countless hours devoted to giving back to our profession; your efforts are an essential part of our mission. We look forward to sharing educational concepts and needs for faculty development and aim to strengthen and enhance relationships and support to our community-engaged clinical faculty.
