Sports Medicine Fellowship Program
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Program in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
- Must be licensable in the State of Texas
- USMLE passed in the first two attempts for each step
- No minimum score on the USMLE
- Applications accepted September 1st
- IMG’s: Only Visa acceptable is J1 Visa
