About Us: Pulmonary Medicine

Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine division has six and a half full time physicians.  Five physicians are certified in Pulmonary Medicine, and five physicians are certified in Critical Care Medicine.

At Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center this division offers comprehensive clinical services for the diagnoses and management of pulmonary diseases. Diagnostic testing includes pulmonary function testing, methacholine challenges, bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound studies,navigational bronchoscopy studies, and right heart catheterization.  In addition, division members interpret sleep studies.

Physicians in this division also have additional training in critical care, sleep disorders, and certification in Palliative medicine. We are also experienced in diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
