Naghma Farooqi, M.D. is an instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas. She is an active candidate for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Farooqi practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in Pakistan before coming to the U.S. in 1996. She is married and has two children. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
She enjoys the excitement of delivering babies and the challenge of gynecological surgery. Learning something new from the patient, each day, is a constant source of amazement and satisfaction, which she enjoys very much.
