Roger Yandell, M.D. is an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Yandell graduated with honors from Texas Tech University with a BA in Chemistry. While there he was elected into Who�s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. After completing medical school and his residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, he stayed as a faculty member until 2003. During that time he had extensive post graduate training in the medical and surgical applications of laser, and endoscopic surgery. He further expanded these skills to teach international post-graduate courses.

His hobbies include competitive sailing, snow skiing, and playing the cello. He has played the cello for over 30 years in the Corpus Christi, Galveston, and Lubbock Symphonies.
