APPLICATION PROCESS

If you feel you would like to be a part of this exciting and stimulating program, please apply via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applications are only accepted through the ERAS program and the selection process at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center begins only when the application is complete. We accept applications for our residency program beginning September 1 through October 31. The Department Review Committee will review applications and send out interview invitations through ERAS during the first two weeks of November. Two interview dates are offered for interviews in December. Please note that applicants are responsible for ensuring their application file is complete.

We accept foreign medical graduates from accredited medical schools. The graduate must have passed their ECFMG. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine has adopted a policy of accepting only International Medical Graduates with J-1 visas into the residency training programs.
