Thank you for your interest in our TTUHSC Psychiatry Residency Program. Although our residents complete their training being Board eligible in Psychiatry, they also will have considerable knowledge in related areas including neuroscience and psychotherapy. We feel this is the best foundation for psychiatry now and in the future. This training is very demanding; it takes a lot of time, energy and study. If you enjoy learning, working with challenging patients, and being on the cutting edge of new ideas and discoveries about the brain and the mind, we encourage you to apply.
