  Personal Interests  

  Clinical Interests  

My clinical interests cover all aspects of general surgery, including abdominal and thoracic operations. I perform both open and laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery. I also manage the ICU care of critically ill surgical, trauma and burn patients.

  Educational Interests  

Research interests include all aspects of trauma, burns and the management of critically ill patients. I have a focus on injury prevention and the relationship between substance abuse and injury. I also have an interest in nutrition and surgical healing.
