I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy camping, hunting and fishing. I cherish my time in the outdoors as a way to relax and reconnect with God. I also enjoy sharing those times with my son and passing on a reverence for the outdoors.
I enjoy all aspects of general surgery with a special interest in colon and rectal pathology. I especially enjoy the comfort and reassurance that can be given to patients and their families during tough times.
I believe that the greatest satisfaction one can enjoy is to foster and educate younger physicians into experienced surgeons. This was my primary reason for returning to an educational setting.
