Personal Statement:
Dr. Couch came to Lubbock to find his match in life. His wife (a P.A.), is as vibrant and energetic as he is. Together they plan on being a part of the private practice community. They don't have kids "yet". Dr. & Mrs. Couch are the part owners of a home on Buffalo Springs Lake where the rest of the residents and faculty commonly enjoy water-skiing, sunning, jet-skiing, people watching, and dirt bikes. Neither of them has been seriously injured in the last few months, but we are always on the watch.
